• Supervise team of Call & Feedback Centre; participating in the identification and verification process for beneficiary selection under the direction of the Program Manager; responding to beneficiary complaints in accordance with the complaints mechanism; undertaking distributions of humanitarian aid (Cash Transfer Program) to targeted beneficiaries; engaging with beneficiaries and other stakeholders to ensure the beneficiaries are listened to and engaged in the programming process; taking active participation in Post Distribution Monitoring, acting as a translator whenever necessary; managing and analyzing Feedback Logbook, preparing all kinds of reports and surveys regarding feedbacks received. • Motive of depart – coming back to Lugansk

• Translator – working mainly with the Logistic department, making all kinds of oral and written translations (contracts, agreements, job descriptions, drugs instructions etc); taking parts in all negotiations LogCo had (Debaltsevo Transport Hospital, Debaltsevo Central Hospital, Debaltsevo Food Distribution Centre, Donetsk Railway, Lugansk Epidemiological Office etc); assisting in interviewing drivers and builders, making purchases for the needs of the Project, renting offices, meeting cargos etc; making “kisses” together with LogCo and on my own. Making home visits with Physio. Working in mobile clinics with medical teams. Helping staff upon request with scans, photocopies etc. • Pharmacy storekeeper – managing and organizing a pharmacy of 230 different items: receiving, storing and distributing of pharmaceuticals, monitoring the stock level and updating inventory, making all necessary docs (like packing lists etc) and putting all important data to Excel and stock-cards. Preparation of weekly orders for 3 teams and donations. Working in close collaboration with the logistic team and Medical Coordinator. • Motive of depart – project closure

• Managing the direction of sport fencing equipment : creating and expanding customer base, customer support from getting an order from a customer till receiving the order by him, reclamation investigating, shipment documents preparation (contract, invoice, application, certificates etc), correspondence and negotiations with customers (both native and foreign), cooperation with international fencing companies (“Allstar”, “Uhlmann”, “Leon Paul”, “PBT”, “Lammet”, “Blue Gauntlet”, “Absolute Fencing”, “Carmimary”, “Crea-Japan”, “Planete Escrime” etc) and organizations (International Fencing Federation, Italian Fencing Federation, Georgian Fencing Federation, Ukrainian Fencing Federation etc), logistics, organizing and participating in international meetings in Ukraine and Europe (Hungary, Bulgaria, Austria, France, Germany), welcoming visitors (including “The European Times” journalists), promotion of the plant’s products at local market and abroad, translating of technical documentation, interpretation of any international meeting the boss had, creating advertisement, order fulfilling control, site administration, making promotional materials (calendars, visit cards, catalogues etc), collaboration with Lugansk City Council, Lugansk Chamber of Trade & Commerce, Lugansk Customs. Being a company representative at any business event in Ukraine and abroad. • Motive of depart – war conflict starting, necessity of evacuation
